SAIL is an exercise program for older adults. It has been tested to help reduce the rate of falls by improving one's physical health. The class focuses on building up one's strength, balance, and fitness through different types of exercises which can be changed to fit anyone's ability level. Classes are led by certified instructors. The class is typically one hour long and happens three times per week.

Class Structure: 60 or 90-minute classes

1. Warm up - 3-5 min

2. Aerobic Exercise - 18-20 min

3. Balance and Cool Down 10 min

4. Strength 15-18min

5. Stretching 8-10min

6. Education 5-8 min

Position: Seated or Standing
